Drawing Central SE

Simple desktop application and related server modules to perform basic checks on mechanical drawings and sketches and store the relevant files on a vaulting server. The desktop application, and related server utilities, replaced a multitude fo desktop tools and an entire room full of servers. The resulting process cleanup paved the way for a custom PLM.
